Roitfeld And Berger Reunion

This is the current Twitter photo of Magnus Berger which shows him cozying up with Julia Restoin-Roitfeld whom I believed was his former girlfriend. Suddenly I am not so sure, Magnus just began this Twitter account a little more than a month ago. Where does Robert Konjic fit into the picture? If you know what I would l like to know please let me know.

Hi Kellina,

The pleasure was mine. I really like your blog, I think it's so creative and funny to name it "I want to be a Roitfeld". And to the point as well. French Vogue is my favourite, however I don't speak French, I usually buy a copy as I love the editorials and to see what Carine is showing. I started my blog this year because fashion is my big love and for couple of years I was working in the fashion industry in Poland. Every month I compare the covers of French and US editions of Vogue as everyone knows Carine and Anna are competing with each other.
I've added your blog to my favorites. I'm not sure if adding mine is as a good idea as I write in polish only...

Re: the picture, who knows? Exes do quite often remain friends, the mere fact that Mr Berger has a pic on his twitter feed with Ms Roitfeld means nothing other than that they can be in each other's presence and remain friendly. Which is nice and mature, really.

Dru, exes do remain friends this is true. But if you keep a pic of you and an ex in a Twitter account for all to see, doesn't that convey at a minimum that you are not over the ex? If he were moving on, wouldn't he be solo so all would know he is available? Just sayin...

To be fair, it's on his twitter, not hers, and looks like any old drunk (look at how out of focus the picture is) cameraphone pic. I'd be a little wary of jumping to conclusions about her current boyfriend based on just that.

I would say the image is out of frame but not really out of focus, Dru. Perhaps my screen capture fuzzed the original a bit but I don't think they are drunk here. I certainly have not jumped to any conclusion, merely gathering evidence in order to make a fair assertion. Evidence including: 1) the fact that Julia and Magnus are touching foreheads in the picture above, which is a bit close for exes that are not looking to reunite; 2) supermodel Magnus is making a come hither pouty face, typically used when trying to engage the opposite sex; 3) it is nighttime, they are in a car together, he is driving. I do have a vivid imagination but I believe some of the evidence to be more concrete than abstract...

Also, a point none of us have really considered: does the twitter account belong to the real Magnus Berger? I say this because there were some fake model twitter accounts, and no one noticed those for quite a while, and it seems really common- esp. if not enough time has lapsed for the twitter police to catch on. The pic seems genuine, but it could also be quite old, too, and fake-posted by taking it off facebook or somewhere.
