Vogue Paris December 2010 Preview: Tom Ford

The rumor is true — Carine Roitfeld has selected Tom Ford as the guest editor for the December issue of Vogue Paris! I am still waiting on the image of the cover so in the meantime enjoy these photographs of Tom Ford's brilliant new collection for women. Decadent, luxurious, covetable... I cannot wait to see what fun he and Carine have with the December issue! The images seen here were styled by Camilla Nickerson and photographed by Steven Meisel.

They are actually from Vogue US. Carine has the world exclusive of the whole collection for her January issue.

Those two go way back! Why are all the hot ones...?

I know, Iñaki, it is a shame but I needed pretty pictures to accompany the text so I had to use them. xx

Taken, Cupcake?

; )

Carine and Tom do have quite the history together. I am sure that with the combined talents of these two stars, the December/January issue will be a collector's item. Can't wait!!!

I love that collection he designed! I mean really, really! The combination of Carine Roitfeld and Tom Ford is combustible!! (In a good way.) Can't wait!

Moi aussi, Kate! The heat from this issue should take the chill off those wintry days very nicely.

Vogue and Anna must be crazy. This is the reason that Vogue is becoming an old relic . How could she allow Meisel to photoshop Ford to the point that a handsome yet 50 year old man looks like a androgynous 22 year old . His nose is whittled down and his facial expression is so erased he looks like a plastic doll. The cover is worse , Angelina is so plastic that it is horrid . What a mess

LOL, I utterly concur, Jaque. One hot mess.

I so love Tom Ford!
And I actually think that the picture of him with Karen looks really good, even if it's highly photoshoped! I guess at some point of his life he could have look like this, and be the perfect prince charming. (Even though he still is. :p)

Benjamin, the remarks above refer to the photos of Tom Ford in Vogue US, I think he looks normal in the Vogue Paris shoot, you can even see a slight wrinkle in his brow in one photos... He is a prince!
