Carine Roitfeld: Fashion Gourou

Madame Figaro featured a lovely interview in their issue dated 4 October, "Carine Roitfeld, Fashion Gourou," as photographed by Benoit Peverelli. I am sorry I do not have time to translate the interview, but Thefrenchy has added the Google translation to Fashion Spot if you are desperate to know the secrets Madame Figaro is coaxing from Carine... I always enjoy Google's way with words, here's one of the better bits in this passage: "Every morning, looking me in the mirror, I wonder if I am a woman Yves Saint Laurent." These words made such an impact on me when stated thusly — when Carine Roitfeld looks in the mirror each morning, of course she does not say, "Phew, I should really work out more!"... "Oh, I have nothing to wear!"... "Mon dieu, mes cheveux !"... non!
