If you are fortunate enough to be in the New York area next Friday, mark your calendar: on 11 November, Carine Roitfeld will autograph copies of her biography Irreverent at Marc Jacobs' book store, Bookmarc from 6 to 8 p.m. As if you needed further incentive, champagne will be served to guests ensuring a very intoxicating evening.
