Special thanks to Gala for posting an article with Vladimir Restoin-Roitfeld from the October issue of the Italian version of Style. It is a fabulous little interview, revealing many of Vladi's favorites so I have attempted to translate it from Italian to English here for you. Please let me know if you can improve the translation. Carine Roitfeld Rocks A Bun

Just when I thought she had no way left to shock me, Carine Roitfeld turns up at Paris Fashion Week for the Stella McCartney collection wearing her hair in a tight, fuzzy bun?! What happened to those beautiful hair extensions?

Carine Roitfeld: Festin

It seems that the editorial "Festin" (or in English, "feast") in the October issue of Vogue Paris has resulted in strong opinions. Mine is that only Carine Roitfeld could make food look so pornographic! Visit the photo gallery to see the entire editorial "Festin" featuring the beautiful Crystal Renn and a pile of meat which she eats with abandon. The photography is by Terry Richardson. What is your opinion of this editorial?

Julia Restoin-Roitfeld Shoots For VMAN

Remember back in August when I mentioned that Julia Restoin-Roitfeld photographed her boyfriend Robert Konjic for VMAN? The article has finally been published, see above. Konjic reports in the piece that he maintains his sexy skin using the array of products shown — men, listen up! Julia also put together a collection of songs to get things rolling in the studio the day of the shoot, check out her "Summer Mix Tape" to hear her inspiration.

Le Bal Masqué De Vogue Paris Photos

As you all know, Carine Roitfeld and Vogue Paris staged a masquerade ball at the Hotel Pozzo di Borgo in Paris in order to revel in the magazine's 90th birthday. And revel they did! I reveled as well though elsewhere so I am just getting around to adding the photographs to the gallery et voilàle bal masqué de Vogue Paris photos! I love how The New York Times noted that the extensive preparation by the guests for the masked ball indicated "the pent-up demand among the fashion elite for a truly decadent affair." Indeed. Per usual, Carine Roitfeld knew how to satiate the desire. May the next ninety years of Vogue Paris be as bold, as decadent, as irreverent, as audacious, as fun.
